本政策适用于 RadioX（“随身电台”）iOS 应用和 radiox.anti.xin 网站。RadioX 是用于发现和收听互联网广播电台的工具，无需注册账号。
2. 我们处理的信息
- 保存在设备上的数据：收藏、最近播放、默认地区、排序和外观设置保存在用户设备本地，不会用于广告或跨应用跟踪。
- 网络请求与运行日志：当应用请求电台列表、搜索或播放信息时，服务器会处理 IP 地址、User-Agent、请求时间、请求路径、电台标识和错误信息。它们用于提供服务、限流、防滥用、安全排查和故障诊断。
- 播放连接：应用通常直接连接电台提供方的音频地址；直连失败时，音频可能通过 RadioX 服务器临时中转。电台提供方或相关网络服务会因此收到完成连接所必需的 IP 地址和网络请求信息。
RadioX 不要求姓名、电话号码、通讯录、精确位置或支付信息，不投放个性化广告，也不出售个人信息。
3. 数据来源与第三方
电台目录和元数据来自 Radio Browser。音频内容由各电台或其流媒体服务商提供，其隐私与内容规则由相应提供方负责。Web 版本可能从 jsDelivr 加载播放组件。
4. 保存期限与安全
内存中的限流记录通常在约一分钟后失效。服务器访问与错误日志原则上保留不超过 30 天，安全事件、争议处理或法律要求需要时可能延长。我们采取合理措施保护数据，但互联网传输无法保证绝对安全。
5. 用户选择与删除
卸载应用即可删除保存在设备上的收藏、最近播放和设置。用户可以通过下方邮箱请求查询或删除可能仍保留的服务器日志；因无账号体系，请求处理前可能需要提供请求时间等信息以协助定位。
6. 儿童隐私
RadioX 不会有意收集儿童的个人信息。互联网直播内容由第三方电台提供，监护人应根据儿童年龄决定是否适合使用。
7. 内容与权利人联系
RadioX 不制作电台直播内容。如您是电台或权利人，并希望更正资料、移除电台或报告侵权，请发送电台名称、播放地址和权利证明，我们会及时处理。

1. Scope
This policy applies to the RadioX iOS app and the radiox.anti.xin website. RadioX helps users discover and listen to internet radio and does not require an account.
2. Information We Process
- Data stored on device: favorites, recently played stations, default region, sorting, and appearance preferences remain on the user's device. They are not used for advertising or cross-app tracking.
- Requests and operational logs: when the app requests station lists, search results, or playback information, the server processes IP address, User-Agent, request time and path, station identifier, and error information to deliver the service, enforce rate limits, prevent abuse, maintain security, and diagnose failures.
- Playback connections: the app normally connects directly to a station's stream. If direct playback fails, audio may be temporarily relayed through RadioX. The station or related network provider receives the IP address and request information needed to establish the connection.
RadioX does not request names, phone numbers, contacts, precise location, or payment details. We do not serve personalized ads, sell personal information, or track users across apps and websites.
3. Data Sources and Third Parties
The station directory and metadata come from Radio Browser. Audio is provided by each station or its streaming provider and is subject to their own privacy and content terms. The web version may load a playback component from jsDelivr.
4. Retention and Security
In-memory rate-limit records normally expire after approximately one minute. Server access and error logs are generally retained for no more than 30 days, unless a longer period is required for a security incident, dispute, or legal obligation. We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
5. Your Choices and Deletion
Uninstalling the app removes favorites, recents, and preferences stored on the device. You may contact us to request access to or deletion of server logs that may remain. Because RadioX has no account system, we may need details such as the approximate request time to locate relevant records.
6. Children's Privacy
RadioX does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Live content is supplied by third-party stations, and guardians should decide whether it is appropriate for a child.
7. Broadcaster and Rights-Holder Requests
RadioX does not produce station broadcasts. Broadcasters and rights holders may request correction, removal, or report infringement by sending the station name, stream URL, and evidence of rights. We will respond promptly.
